HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

In teams of 4 to 60 people, you will be taking on exciting challenges and surprising experiences in our Sensory Labs.  

You will be put to the test through a playful and memorable journey that will allow you to experience the unsuspected power of your senses.

For each successfully completed challenge, you will collect SENSAS tokens that will convert into a donation SENSAS makes to its local partner charity supporting people with disabilities.

And to make sure you get the most out of your SENSAS experience, our Master of Senses will be guiding you at all times from a distance in order for you to immerse fully into the experience.

At the end of your journey, you will be offered the chance to take some incredible photos in our “anti-gravity” room to make sure you have a memento of your amazing time with us, and to show off to your friends!

Open everyday from 10 am to 11 pm

A large part of the experience does take place in complete darkness.
However, some rooms are lit up in which you can stay if you ever get afraid of the dark. 

None of the doors or rooms are locked, so you can go out at any time of the experience if you are not feeling well or for any other reasons.

One of the goals when doing this experience is to overcome your fears. And if you do so, we can guarantee you will get greater satisfaction at the end of this journey!

Rest assured, many people suffering claustrophobia have come to SENSAS and enjoyed the experience to the fullest. We are very confident SENSAS will put a big smile on your face too!

To participate in the SENSAS experience you must:

For any special diet, allergy or intolerance, you must let us know at the time of the booking. Whenever is needed, we will adapt the experience accordingly.

One SENSAS team is a minimum of 4 players and up to 15. 

Over 15 participants, your group will be split into several teams (teams will do go through the same experience, just in a different order, and will not meet each other) allowing you to book up to 60 participants on a same time slot.

The minimum age to participate in the SENSAS experience is seven years old. 

Of course! We can adapt the experience according to your allergies, food intolerances, special diets or pregnancy.

All allergies or intolerances and other dietary requirements MUST be indicated at the time of the booking.

Our team will ask you one last time prior to the start of the experience to ensure you have the most enjoyable experience.

There is no contraindication for pregnant women. Just let us know during the briefing (15 min before starting the SENSAS experience) for us to best guide you during the activities.

Yes, SENSAS is accessible to everyone: people with disabilities, using crutches, pregnant women... but please let us know at the time of your booking, so we can adapt the activities according to your needs. Some activities may be unsuitable for those with extreme reduction in mobility.

Absolutely, as long as the number of participants for one same team does not exceed 15.

At SENSAS you only pay for the actual number of participants, so if one or more scheduled participants do not show off on D-Day, no problem. 

Please note the minimum required is four participants.

A SENSAS team consists of a minimum of 4 players and a maximum of 15 per team, and up to 60 people for large groups.

If you are fewer than 4: talk about it around you, share our teaser video, suggest the activity to your friends, family, work colleagues, and even why not your neighbors!

Each booked experience is private to your group; you will never be mixed with strangers.

P.S. If the number of participants changes, as long as you remain between 4 and 15 participants, we can still make the adjustment even on the day itself!

To change the date of your booking:

• At SENSAS you only pay for the actual number of participants, so if one or more scheduled participants do not show off on D-Day, no problem.
  The minimum charge fee equals 2 participants.

You will spend a total of 1 hour 15mn in our premises, as follows:

• A 15 minutes briefing before and after the experience
• A Multi-sensory Experience lasting 1 hour.
  

Please note that the activity is experienced wearing socks.
We do recommend that you wear a light, comfortable and casual outfit.

Cloakroom and lockers are available for free. It is best to avoid bringing bags and any other valuables since you cannot keep them during the experience.

Yes, we have carried out hundreds of birthday celebrations and children love the SENSAS experience! Here's what to know:
